Help save pollinators, one flower at a time!

With pollinator extinction rates 100 times higher than normal, they lack food sources and healthy environments, and we can help them with simple actions like letting dandelions grow a few days longer before mowing the lawn to offer them precious pollen and nectar.

King Honey Farm is proud to be one of the initiators of the "Blooming Quebec" movement, which aims to raise public awareness of the vital contribution of bees and pollinating insects to our society. In a world where agricultural yields are of paramount importance and pesticide use is becoming increasingly intensive, we are proud to join this unique initiative, which aims to do our part to slow the extinction rate of these precious pollinators.

Thus, throughout the year, we invite the public, municipalities and businesses to show their participation in the #fleurirlequébec movement in several ways:

1) By planting and sowing trees, plants and flowers that are good for bees and pollinators

2) By letting dandelions grow freely on their lawns and having lawns with diverse flora (while respecting the applicable standards in your municipality, of course. In most municipalities, grass must not exceed 20 cm in height and must be cut at least once a month).

3) By sharing your participation in the movement using the hashtag #fleurirlequébec, take the most beautiful photos possible of your property and the actions you are taking to participate in the movement.

4) For families and artists, by coloring this beautiful drawing which can be downloaded for free (the 3rd model is in black and white for this purpose)

Simply register for free on our online store and we'll send your design to you by email within minutes. Don't hesitate to check your spam folder if you don't find it.

4) By proudly displaying your drawing in your window, thus indicating your support for the movement
