 In true circular economy fashion. Our friends at Jardins Chant de Vie had a surplus of squash, and we decided to repurpose them by creating a unique eau-de-vie. Slowly cooked over maple wood embers, this squash purée, with its sweet and smoky aromas, was blended with our caramelized autumn honey. Aged in oak barrels crafted by a local cooper, you can't get a more local spirit than this.
