Apiripomme
APIRIPOMME by Miellerie King is a premium mistelle made with care by blending our tasty clover and goldenrod honey and apple brandy from Cidrerie Michel Jodoin in Rougement outside the common.
Its texture of sweet ice wine and its taste reminiscent of port wine with honey make it the ideal alcohol to accompany your cheeses that have body and your terrines or foie gras as an aperitif. As a digestif, it also goes perfectly well with bitter dark chocolate.

BASTRINGUE is a honey mistelle flavored with holiday season spices. It contains cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and vanilla.
