DES CANTONS is a smooth liqueur which, with its aromas of chocolate, spices, red fruits and vanilla enhanced by our pure autumn honey, is the perfect blend of the know-how of Brûlerie des cantons de Warwick and Miellerie King .

Colonie - Apirum arrangé
Honey liqueur with apirum, coffee and vanilla - 30% alc./vol.
Crafted from our Apirum COLONIE, our honey liqueur, created in collaboration with Brulerie des Cantons and Savanil, draws inspiration from the tradition of infused rums.
It features notes of spice, citrus, flowers, cocoa, and sweet fruit derived from the green and roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans and Malagasy red vanilla that have been macerated within it. Our autumn honey, with its smooth texture and delicate floral notes, perfectly complements the blend of our uniquely flavored liqueur.
